• Thurs Evening ~ 8pm to 10pm? - Informal Pre-Retreat Get Together in Rhumbar right by the south entrance at The Mirage (we might be on the outdoor patio).
• Fri Afternoon - 1pm to 4pm - Retreat Sign-In in Florentine Room at Tuscany. Pick up Retreat handout materials, name badge, certificate of attendance, & show tickets (if applicable).
• Fri Evening - 4pm to 7pm - Retreat Friday Welcome Party in Florentine Room at Tuscany.
• Fri Night - 10:30pm to ?? - The Improv Comedy Show at Harrah's. Be there at 10pm.
• Sat Morning - 8:30am to 3:35pm - MCLE/CLE* Speakers in Florentine Room at Tuscany.
8:30am to 8:45am - Dave Rendahl - Retreat Sign-In, welcome, announcements, coffee & donuts, pick up materials, & GPS drawing for early registrants.
8:45am to 9:00am - Univ of Illinois law students - Prisoners' Rights Research Project
9:00am to 10:00am - Ronald Moore - "Defending the DUI Case,
Cross Examination of the Prosecution’s Expert" (1 hr MCLE)
10:00am to 11:10am - Peter Keane - (1st presentation) "Criminal Law Impact of
Recent US Supreme Court Decisions, The Year in Review" (1 hr MCLE)
10:00am to 11:00am - Morning Break
11:10am to 12:10pm - Peter Keane - (2nd presentation) "Ethical Concerns & Pitfalls for the Criminal Defense Attorney" (1 hr Ethics MCLE)
12:10pm to 1:30pm - Lunch Break (on your own). Tuscany has 3 restaurants open for lunch: The Cantina Mexican Restaurant, Marilyn's Cafe, & Beachfront Coffee.
1:30pm to 3:30pm - Colette Tvedt - "Defending Child Sexual Assault Cases... Cross Examination of Child Sexual Assault Victims" (2 hrs MCLE)
• Sat Evening - 5pm to 8pm? - 2010 World Defender Poker Championship at Tuscany.
• Sat Night - 10pm to ?? - Music & Dancing with a View! in the VooDoo Lounge at Rio, meet at the VooDoo elevator entrance on the 2nd floor of Masquerade Village.

• Sun Evening ~ 8pm to 10pm? - Informal Post-Retreat Get Together in Red Square (next to rumjungle & close to the parking garage) at Mandalay Bay.
